My boss did my 90 day review early, like did a 30 day review. He gave me really good scores on all sections that applied to my job. I heard from HR that they were surprised I got such high numbers, I guess its the highest marks my boss has ever given for a system administrator. He complemented me quite a lot in the review briefing, it was pretty nice to have someone who knows so much, and is so technically able show such interest in me.

The big kudos of all this? The reason he pushed my review through early was so I wouldn't miss out on a raise! I got a fucking raise after working for 30 odd days! This company gives me respect, understands my job, thinks I have a lot to offer, and is willing to put its money where its mouth is.
